Affiliate Program Agreement

This Affiliate Program Agreement ("Agreement") governs your participation in the Limitflex Limited Affiliate Program ("Program"). By participating in the Program, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. If you do not agree, you may not participate in the Program.

1.2 Branded Page: Limitflex Limited will provide each Affiliate with a customized branded page. This page will showcase our Services and seamlessly track referrals, ensuring efficient commission management.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

2.1 Promotion Requirements: Affiliates are expected to uphold Limitflex’s reputation by:

• Promoting our Services ethically and professionally.
• Avoiding misleading claims or unapproved marketing tactics.
• Using only authorized materials provided by Limitflex.

2.2 Compliance with Laws: Affiliates must adhere to all relevant local, national, and international laws, including but not limited to data protection and advertising regulations.

2.3 Account Management: Affiliates are responsible for keeping their account information accurate and current, including payment preferences and contact details.

2.3 Self-Service Model: The Program operates under a self-service model, allowing Affiliates to:

• Manage payouts and commissions independently.

3. Commission Structure

3.1 Competitive Commissions: Affiliates earn a percentage-based commission on qualifying sales generated through their referral links or branded pages. The commission rate will be outlined in the Affiliate dashboard and is subject to periodic review.

3.2 Affiliate User Discounts: Customers referred by Affiliates may receive special discounts on Limitflex’s Services, enhancing the Affiliate’s value proposition.

3.3 Accurate Tracking: Limitflex uses advanced tracking systems to ensure accurate attribution of sales to Affiliates. While every effort is made to maintain precision, Limitflex is not liable for errors caused by user actions or third-party interference.

4. Payouts

4.1 Flexible Payout Timing: Affiliates can request payouts at their convenience, provided they meet the minimum payout threshold specified in the Affiliate dashboard.

4.2 Minimum Payout Amount: Limitflex reserves the right to set a minimum payout amount to ensure efficient processing. This threshold will be transparently communicated.

4.3 Payment Methods: Payouts are processed through the Affiliate’s selected payment method. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their payment details and covering any associated transaction fees.

4.4 Approval Process: Limitflex will review payout requests for compliance with Program policies. Payments will only be disbursed for verified sales.

5. Branded Page

5.1 Custom Branding: Limitflex provides Affiliates with fully branded pages tailored to their marketing needs. These pages include:

• Personalized branding to match the Affiliate’s identity.

5.2 Maintenance and Updates: Limitflex ensures the technical maintenance of branded pages. Affiliates are encouraged to provide updated content requests to maintain relevance and accuracy.

6. Term and Termination

6.1 Agreement Duration: This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party.

6.2 Termination by Affiliate: Affiliates may terminate their participation at any time via the Affiliate dashboard.

6.3 Termination by Limitflex: Limitflex may terminate the Agreement for violations such as:

• Breach of this Agreement.
• Prolonged inactivity.
• Actions that harm Limitflex’s brand, reputation, or operations.

6.4 Post-Termination: Upon termination:

• Access to the Affiliate dashboard and branded pages will be revoked.
• Unpaid commissions below the payout threshold will be forfeited.

7. Limitations of Liability

7.1 Limitflex is not liable for:

• Lost revenue due to system outages or tracking errors.
• Third-party misuse of referral links or branded pages.
• Payment delays caused by incorrect Affiliate details.

7.2 Affiliates assume all risks associated with their marketing activities and indemnify Limitflex against any claims arising from their promotional efforts.

8. Amendments

Limitflex reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified of changes via the Affiliate dashboard or email. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law
